Responsibilities
- Safe Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse efficiently and safely.
- Inventory Accuracy: Stock and organize products on shelves and racks, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure machinery is functioning correctly.
- Operational Support: Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including verifying orders and preparing pallets for shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and obtain forklift certification through our paid training program.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly; physical stamina is essential for this role.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure inventory is handled correctly and safely.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
