Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment before use and report any mechanical issues immediately to maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking pallet tags and paperwork.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing loads.
- Willingness to learn and follow strict safety protocols.
