Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in safe, working condition before use.
- Organize and stack merchandise accurately to maintain inventory control and safety standards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Perform daily inventory counts and document stock movements accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification during training.
