Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and conveyors using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S safety standards.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
