Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products to and from trucks and storage racks.
- Inventory management: Assist in the counting and organization of stock to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Safety compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Packing and shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring packages are secure and labeled correctly.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of obstructions at all times.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Documentation: Must have a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and equipment.
