Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts to ensure safe operation.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Package and label freight accurately for shipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and billing.
- Willingness to learn and operate various types of material handling machinery.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- No prior forklift experience required; training provided on-site.
