The Role
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our facility. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (Reach Trucks, Order Pickers) to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to SOPs.
