Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials and products.
- Load and Unload:** Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing stock to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Customer Service: Pack and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
