Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners and RF technology
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to priority schedules
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred (required for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to Orlando facility
