Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload shipments.
- Move materials to designated storage areas and pallets accurately.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and shipping/receiving records.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and warehouse supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
