Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure operational safety and perform basic preventative maintenance.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety standards to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Take advantage of voluntary overtime hours to meet operational demands and boost your weekly paycheck.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Valid, up-to-date forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through our program).
- Proven track record of safe operation with no recent safety infractions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and basic warehouse software.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
