Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S warehouse standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock accuracy verification.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFOM) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
