Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently according to customer orders.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning barcodes and reading labels.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be available for overtime and flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
