Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Manage inventory organization and stock rotation within the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving process to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we cover the cost).
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory counting.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
