Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in safe working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFPO) or equivalent valid operator license.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and walking on various surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
