Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks)
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily KPIs
- Process inbound/outbound shipments efficiently
- Train new team members on standard procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/picker experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
- Valid forklift certification preferred
