Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) in warehouse environments
- Load/untract shipments with precision using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outbound materials
- Train new hires on warehouse safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
