Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support warehouse organization through proper stacking, labeling, and storage practices
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) with 1+ years of operational experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work overtime shifts as operational needs demand
