Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect equipment before each shift and report any malfunctions immediately
- Assist in cross-training for warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
