Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards and schedules
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time deliveries
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Support loading/unloading operations and coordinate with transportation partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
