Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse to facilitate workflow and safety.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring product integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is helpful but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
