Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Reach Trucks) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure the safe stacking and organization of pallets to maximize storage space.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL not required).
- Minimum 6 months of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
