Upon completion, you'll transition to full-time operations with a starting wage of $16/hour and potential increases based on performance. Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
