As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict safety standards. Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, and stack materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately inventory and manage warehouse stock using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Train on additional equipment (order pickers, reach trucks) as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to complete paid OSHA certification training
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to 7am-4pm shifts
