Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner to load, unload, and stage materials.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and maintaining organized stock areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse rules to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- Previous experience operating a forklift (Reach Truck or Counterbalance) is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License required.
