Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counting and stock organization.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (OSHA compliant) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
