Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate various warehouse equipment, including conveyors and scanners, with precision.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure all specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping orders.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
