Responsibilities
- Safely Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Verify Inventory by conducting regular counts and ensuring accuracy in stock placement and retrieval.
- Maintain Safety Standards by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Perform Equipment Checks before and after each shift to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Organize Warehousing areas by keeping aisles clear and maintaining a clean, debris-free environment.
- Collaborate with Team members to meet daily production and shipping targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Certified Operator with a valid forklift license and certification (Must be provided at time of hire).
- Previous Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Physical Stamina to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Attention to Detail to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent safety hazards.
- Ability to Read and interpret pick lists, shipping orders, and safety signage.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as business needs arise.
