Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials safely throughout the facility
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA standards and company guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and contribute to 5S initiatives
- Support inventory management through cycle counts and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
