Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and delivery schedules.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
