Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse team to streamline inventory flow and meet operational targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization improvements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) with minimum 1 year experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and equipment operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to San Diego facility
