Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using voice-directed picking technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy via handheld RF scanners
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes and workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Train on new warehouse management systems and automation tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
