Responsibilities
- Operate electric and internal combustion forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate paperwork (pick tickets, packing slips).
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable forklift operating experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
