Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections to verify equipment safety and functionality.
- Organize and stock inventory accurately to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFL/CFP) is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
