Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unroll trucks, containers, and railcars with precision using forklift attachments
- Conduct daily pre/post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- 2+ years of recent warehouse forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic inventory management system proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
