Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (including Reach Trucks and Counterbalances) to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant) required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
