Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper placement.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues immediately.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
