Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure machinery is in optimal condition.
- Organize, stack, and palletize inventory according to established safety and labeling standards.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping duties as needed.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of slip/trip hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and workflow needs.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CFA/OSHA) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle, WA location.
