Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in fast-paced warehouse settings
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support inventory audits and ensure accurate stock rotation (FIFO)
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
