Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and material handling equipment with precision
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols in all warehouse operations
- Execute inventory control procedures and cycle counts
- Load/untract trailers and stage products for efficient distribution
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Document all material movements in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in warehouse inventory systems (RF scanning a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
