Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/distribution settings
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and hand tools
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via RF scanning systems
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow optimization
- Operate in temperature-controlled environments (refrigerated/freezer sections)
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (current within 6 months)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- High school diploma or equivalent required
