Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the safety of the work area by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect forklifts daily for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Keep the warehouse organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must provide license/certification).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required for certified candidates.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory.
