Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Verify and count incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
- Organize and stack products in designated storage areas to maximize space utilization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CDL not required, but forklift certification is mandatory).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
