Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety during the process.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to verify proper functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and update inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must possess a valid forklift certification (Class 1, 3, or 4).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Background: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
