Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the warehouse facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock is properly labeled and organized.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Assist in the packing, sealing, and preparing of shipments for outbound delivery.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the work area to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts or warehouse equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
