Responsibilities
- Operate electric and propane forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
