Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Load/unload trucks with precision and attention to safety protocols
- Document all material movements in inventory management systems
- Train new team members on safe equipment operation procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift experience
- Proficiency with warehouse inventory management systems
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
