Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers using efficient material handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations
- Inspect equipment before/after shifts and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain through training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
