Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
