Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse settings
- Safely load/untract trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless material flow
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory software
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
